Welcome (or Welcome Back) to Sterling Morton!

Dear Sterling Morton families,

My name is Erin Phelps and I am excited to serve again as the PTA president for the 2024-2025 school year. I would like to welcome you to the PTA and another great year at Sterling Morton!

I invite you to join the Sterling Morton PTA. Membership dues are only $10.00 per the first person and $5.00 for each additional person. Anyone may join: parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. Included in the dues is membership in both the Ohio and National PTA organizations - the largest advocacy group for children and families. Becoming a member allows you to vote at all PTA meetings. 

Our PTA supports activities for the students throughout the school year. We sponsor several school-wide assemblies, Trunk or Treat, family Bingo nights, a holiday shop, teacher and classroom grants, and multiple book fairs. To fund all these activities, our PTA holds a fundraising drive in the Fall and sponsors other various activities throughout the year.

Joining the PTA is a great way to support your child's school experience. Attending our monthly meetings keeps you informed and tuned in to activities at the school. It is also a great opportunity to meet other parents. Our meetings are held the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 PM. The meetings will be held in the school this year. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
